I am a 4th generation Montanan. I have been doing wedding photography since 2021. My style can be described as true to color, romantic, and timeless. I specialize in editorial photography that allow room to breathe so I can capture the moments that are naturally unfolding.

I truly care about your experience. I will not put my photos, behind the scenes, or any other content over the timeline or your/your guest's experience. Your photos will be seen by you first before they get posted to my feed, and you will get your full gallery before your vendors. Planning tips & FAQ
When’s the best time for taking photos in Whitefish?
That's a trick question. It highly depends on the location, and the look you are going for. Weather also has an impact. Truly any time of day and any weather can be pure magic for romantic photos.
Do we need a permit for photography?
Most areas should not require a permit, besides Glacier National Park.
Per Glacier National Park's website:
Any and all vow exchanges, elopements, ceremonies, weddings, or special events, etc., require a Special Use Permit. This is regardless of the size of the group, whether or not it is “officiated,” or if papers are being signed. If you are entering the park with a photographer only to take photographs and no vow exchange, signing of documents, or union is being witnessed, then no permit is required.
For all glacier elopements I provide location planning, and permit application assistance.
We are worried about no knowing how to pose, or looking stiff
It's easy to worry about looking stiff or awkward or not knowing how to pose yourself. I come from a fashion and editorial background. I will come prepared with many creative posing ideas for you and your S.O. so you don't have to worry about how to pose yourself! However, it won't all be posed. I will pose when needed, but I will also step back and allow for connection when it matters most.
Do you use AI to edit my photos?
No! I highly value the human touch when it comes to editing. I believe AI has no place in wedding photography. I will not significantly alter your photos. I will only do minor retouching, and remove distractions (like exit signs and trash cans). I do not alter the physical appearance or modify the body in any way.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes! I am happy to provide you and/or your venue proof of insurance.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes! I shoot your wedding day with two camera bodies, so I always have a backup on me in case of malfunction. I also have another backup with me in my camera bag. I have backup lenses as well. My cameras have a dual card slot, so your photos will copy to both at the same time. AKA live backup photos!! The second I get home, your photos are backed up to my hard drive. My second shooter will serve as a backup for me. Every precaution is in place in case of emergency.
